As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, managing multiple campaigns, analyzing data, supporting creative projects, and providing crucial support to the entire marketing team. This role is perfect for a creative, organized, and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and close marketing campaigns for product launches, brand collaborations, sales promotions, and evergreen content
- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines using Asana
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely campaign rollout
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, adhering to budgets and deadlines
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any risks or roadblocks
- Liaise with overseas teams for creative needs
- Create and maintain marketing calendars and information radiators
- Creative Execution
- Coordinate timelines and logistics for photo and social media shoots
- Source and order props based on approved style boards
- Collaborate with Product Development to secure product samples for shoots
- Work with the Warehouse Team to manage product logistics for shoots
- Provide on-set support for internal and external photo shoots
- Event Coordination
- Identify and coordinate relevant consumer shows and marketing events to promote our brands
- Assist in planning and executing brand presence at various events
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect and analyze campaign data in collaboration with digital marketing teams
- Organize data and present campaign retrospectives, offering insights for future improvements
What you bring to the table:
Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting a marketing or brand team
- Excellent project management and documentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana)
- Understanding of creative, communications, and social media KPIs and processes
- Passion for interior design and decor, with knowledge of trends in the design space
- Experience in data analysis and presentation
