Who We Are: 

The Digital Advisors are the first line of contact with essentially all prospects.  We are a pipeline generating machine and spend our days finding and continuously engaging the right prospects. We cold call, send value based emails and send Linkedin messages.  Anything we can do to portray the value of Tulip and why someone should be interested - falls on us!

Your passion for helping others and your ability to listen attentively allow you to provide exceptional service and build strong customer relationships. You thrive in dynamic environments and are excited by the opportunity to engage with customers through various digital platforms. Your skills encompass market development, lead generation, and customer support, ensuring that every interaction contributes to customer satisfaction and business growth. You seamlessly blend empathy with strategic thinking to anticipate customer needs and deliver tailored solutions. Your adaptability and enthusiasm for continuous learning make you a valuable asset in driving customer engagement and satisfaction.

What Skills Do I Need?

  • Professional proficiency in English for internal communication, training and coaching
  • Quick to learn new software and technologies
  • Ability to understand and evaluate customer requirements
  • Excellent networking skills, both internal and external
  • Must be able to think critically and creatively
  • The ability to function in a team atmosphere, appreciate bold goals, and have excellent organizational/time management skills is also desired
  • A positive, can-do attitude is a key quality to succeed on the Tulip sales team
  • Experience and/or training in a sales environment is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, and social media interactions.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify key industries, companies, and stakeholders that would benefit from Tulip’s solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and how Tulip can address their challenges.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Tulip’s platform and solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions and follow-ups are documented.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on messaging, strategies, and campaigns.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as qualified leads generated, calls made, and appointments scheduled.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales development to continuously improve skills and strategies.
