Job Description
Publicis Media (PM) delivers sustainable, transparent, competitive advantage to Publicis’ media agencies and their clients. This is done through the consolidated strength of our agencies, deep understanding of our client drivers, leveraging scaled investment, marketplace innovation, and strength in partnerships.
The PM Contracts team, part of PM Operations, is primarily responsible for managing global holding company-level vendor agreements with strategic digital media & advertising technology partners on behalf of Publicis agencies & their advertiser clients. The third-party vendor contracts that the PM Contracts team negotiates and manages for Publicis are leveraged by agencies in the US and abroad and vary in scope.
In this role, the Contracts Manager will support all components of the contract life cycle for Publicis-level/Groupe-wide contracts that are managed by the PM Contracts team. This individual will also act as a liaison to Publicis agencies, in the US and abroad, as well as centralized PM practices (e.g. Partnerships, Standards, etc.) and will play a critical role in helping internal teams understand and operationalize our contractual obligations in areas ranging from data usage rights to invoicing/billing practices.
This individual should have prior experience with contracts/contract management (ideally in the digital advertising industry (agency-side, advertiser-side, or ad tech experience)) and must possess an innate inner drive to collaborate with an extensive list of various stakeholders across the globe.
You will report to the Director, Publicis Media Contracts.

Responsibilities:
- Contract management including the tracking of contract status, executions, storage, and communications
- Support active negotiations of terms and conditions with vendors/partners
- Facilitating internal feedback from all contributing PM, agency & local market stakeholders (e.g. finance, practice leads, etc.) and escalating issues to the relevant PM Contract team members.
- Manage & track non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) that are executed with potential PM partners on behalf of the centralized PM practices
- Help manage contract-related requests internally with Publicis agencies & centralized PM practices as well as externally with PM partners
- Ensure our internal processes for managing contract-related requests satisfies the needs of the Publicis agencies and centralized PM practices we support
- Collaborate with and act as a helpful resource for Publicis agencies and centralized PM practices on contractual matters and audits escalated to the PM Contracts Team
Qualifications
- 5 years experience with contract management on an in-house legal, business affairs or contract operations team (ideally at an advertising agency or media company)
- Expertise in file management, tracking contract lifecycles
- Experience with reviewing contracts and supporting active negotiations, incorporating legal team guidance
- Possess an innate inner drive to contribute both individually and collaborating with an extensive list of various stakeholders.

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $105,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
