Key Responsibilities

Requires specialized in depth knowledge and expertise in multiple technologies to provide innovative solutions, solve complex problems, and influence strategy and process. Technical SME for 2 or more disciplines/technologies and/or processes, Identify and execute continuous improvement projects for existing systems, Recommend architectural changes as perceived needs arise, Serve as single-technology workgroup lead for operational contractors

Resolve more complex problem tickets, Identify and resolve problem level tickets, Respond and lead multiple system outages, Support cross functional initiatives as required

Defines and develops IT project portfolio management compliance KPIs. Coordinates project portfolio reivews, resource planning, and vendor performance reviews.

Conducts internal/external reviews and audits, collaborating on internal and external expectations. Coordinates resolutions of audit findings.

Monitors and reports on core IT compliance processes, including project and program management methodology and documentation.

Manages contingent workers for both project and support Services and project execution. Responsible for timely onboarding, offboarding and renewal of contingent workers and review and approval of contingent workers timesheets. Enforces adherence to compliance processes and procedures.

Supports global messaging systems, database or utilities software within Office 365 environment.
Plans, conducts and directs the analysis of business problems to be solved with automated systems. Including but not limited to Messaging, Office, and similar collaboration services.
Must have 10 years of experience and knowledge with Exchange, Office 365, collaboration, and security services.
Must be knowledgeable of Exchange email systems on premise and in the cloud,
Must be able to support EXO calendaring/ room reservation issues, Teams, and other M365 services
Also prefer someone who has base knowledge of Powershell, .Net, and scripting languages. Also experience with Office ProPlus, Win10, and Microsoft’s upgrade processes.

This position demonstrates technical leadership in M365 and other related IT systems and technologies. The primary function of this position is to execute on automation, and integrating new technologies within our Microsoft 365 environment.
Be able to build automation to support the larger email security environment and reduce administrative tasks

U.S. Salary Range:
$120,000.00 - $165,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
