Job Title: Google Cloud Platform Program Specialist

Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000

Adswerve is actively looking for a GCP Program Specialist to  join our Google Cloud Sales team! The GCP Program Specialist focus will be to help with Google Cloud Led sales.  These sales will focus on implementing marketing use cases primarily using the Google Cloud and Marketing Platforms to prospective clients. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized and can wear multiple hats with masterful prioritization. This is a great opportunity to collaborate closely with the Adswerve team, clients, and Google in a role that contributes directly towards the overall Sales & Marketing strategies of our organization.

Your primary objective will be to build and grow Adswerve’s Google Cloud presence and help Adswerve integrate seamlessly with Google Cloud. Our Sales organization is supported by knowledgeable and passionate individuals that are part of our Strategy & Planning, Customer Success, Insights, and Data Science teams. Our extensive experience working with leading brands across key verticals gives our sellers access to a huge repository of insights and success stories.

In this role, the GCP Program Specialist will assist Adswerve in promoting Google Cloud marketing solutions to potential clients within the dynamic MarTech industry. 

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the platform operations and delivery team to successfully scope new Google Cloud marketing analytics proposals
  • Using understanding of organization and resource requirements, create project schedules by working with Google, client and/or internal teams.  
  • Manage and own expectations with potential clients and Google by communicating schedules and project scopes
  • Use authority to own outside sales leads and use internal CRM tool to manage sales cycle of each new prospect
  • Recommend and use of existing products and services, and assist in discussing Adswerve’s pricing structure
  • Work with Adswerve’s Director of Multi Solution Architecture to execute go-to-market motions including interfacing with GCP management and sellers.
  • Regularly meet with potential customers and GCP representatives to build relationships and understand their needs
  • Deliver virtual and in-person presentations and demonstrations
  • Occasionally travel to trade shows and industry events
  • Design creative & conceptually-driven proposals solving advertising technology challenges
  • Stay up-to-date with Industry trends and new GMP product features
  • Provide data and insights to help the sales team as well as suggest sales process improvements.
  • Utilize the combination of your industry knowledge and sales experience to pitch and close prospective customers through value-based and consultative selling.
  • Develop relationships and work with  Google to generate leads and engage clients to communicate Google Cloud’s value and partner with Adswerve for value added business solutions.  Must be comfortable communicating and working with C-Suite executives (CEO/CMO/CIO/CFO)
  • Understand and explain the value of selling professional services, including deal structures and purchase mechanics.
  • Turn unclear situations into actionable plans with confidence.
  • Integrate insights from clients, sales teams, and partners to create effective solutions.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years as an Account Executive/Manager in Ad Tech (preferably with Google Marketing Platform)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Strong presentation, organizational, and CRM skills (Salesforce preferred)
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of exceeding goals
  • Experience in collaborating with internal teams and managing client campaigns
  • Skilled in negotiating and closing complex ad programs
  • Proven success in selling to enterprise clients and C-level executives
  • Ability to translate technical products into business value for executives
  • Willing to travel as needed

This position pays a base salary of $60,000 to $70,000 per year. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
