Enrollment Advisor
About The Role:
As an Enrollment Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless enrollment of Chapter’s prospective members. You'll work closely with our Medicare Advisory team to handle a variety of tasks from processing enrollment requests to maintaining accurate member data. Your attention to detail and dedication will directly impact our ability to deliver top-notch service to our members.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare, process, and maintain enrollment and disenrollment requests.
- Verify and uphold all eligibility requirements.
- Review and handle CMS transactions with precision.
- Resolve enrollment system rejections using regulatory guidelines
- Ensure that enrollments are compliant and follow company, and CMS guidelines
- Collaborate with team members on special projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with management to ensure accuracy and quality in all processes.
About You:
- 3 years of experience in processing Medicare or Healthcare enrollment transactions.
- Solid understanding of Medicare Advantage & Supplement products and CMS transaction protocols.
- Familiarity with CMS interfaces for managing enrollment and billing functions.
The base salary for this role is $52,000 ($25.00/hour) with an uncapped commission structure. On target earnings for this role are between $80,000 - $90,000 in addition to equity. All of our offers are based on our assessment of each individual's unique skills and experience.
