Job description
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Demand Generation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The Demand Generation Specialist will support Akeneo in the strategy and execution of lead generation in North America. The ideal candidate will have a background in creating, managing, and optimizing marketing programs that drive lead generation and revenue growth. You will support an integrated strategy of digital marketing, events/webinars, emailing, social media, and other initiatives to generate leads and return on investment. This role will work closely with sales, operations, and the international marketing team.

• Contribute to and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns and programs for events, digital events & webinars, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and PPC.
• Work closely with sales and partner teams to support territory programs and plans to generate qualified leads and pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support sales enablement and the effective use of campaigns and marketing resources.
• Research relevant vendors (trade shows, webinars, paid media, etc.) for our market, targets, and verticals.
• Manage the data and lead import process to support campaign tracking and measurement.
• Support Akeneo's social media accounts through planning, tracking, and data aggregation.
• Support logistics and promotions related to marketing programs.
• Provide social media posts for internal teams.
• Participate in the website updates (blog posts, white papers, etc.).

Qualifications

• You have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in demand generation, marketing, or similar role.
• You Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
• You act with empathy and communicate with honesty, openness, and respect.
• You have Strong communication and organizational skills.
• You are assiduous and results-oriented.
• You're able to adapt to change, take on new projects, and work independently.
• Previous experience with marketing automation tools, CMS, and CRM systems is a plus.
