Our financial department is currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Credit Operations Analyst
Poznań, Poland
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer and dealer requests (e.g. payment deferrals, early settlements, exchange of equipment, etc.) and provide them exceptional customer support.
- Review and control credit documentation for incoming credit applications.
- Monitor the customer financing repayment (Cash collection, Past due management, Write-off).
- Process customer claims.
- Provide credit processing support to the country credit underwriting teams.
- Establish close partnerships with stakeholders from each of our retail portfolio countries to ensure timely and flawless completion of all quality control for client data.
Our Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of financial products like loans and leases.
- Great communication, customer service skills and customer centricity.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, while maintaining close attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is essential, German and/or Spanish are considered a strong advantage.
- University degree preferably in a finance- or business-related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a strong advantage.
