Qualtrics creates experience management software that helps brands to deliver frontline experiences, build high-performing teams and design new products. The company has over 5,000 employees worldwide. Qualtrics is also investing in AI and LLMs.   

 

Magna International is an automotive tech company that aims to make vehicles safer and cleaner. It has 168,000 employees, which makes the company larger than 50 countries around the globe. Magna has 343 manufacturing operations alongside 88 product development, engineering and sales centers — all spread across 29 countries.  

 

BlackLine is a fintech company that creates software to help automate and control financial close processes for midsize and large organizations. Headquartered in California, the company has 18 office locations around the world, including Frankfurt. The company is growing its international talent pool and is focused on crafting an exemplary team culture

 

HiBob created an HR platform that handles payroll, performance reviews, hiring, time off and more. The global director of sales engineering for HiBob told Built In that most of the company works remotely but the company celebrates its “people and accomplishments through surveys, quarterly ‘recharge’ long weekends and an annual party for all employees at their regional offices.” 

 

Freshworks aims to create software that’s affordable, quick to implement and designed for the end user, while its workplace software includes CRM platforms and IT solutions. Headquartered in California, it has 13 office locations around the world.
