Dear maintainers,

With a recent upload of strip-nondeterminism the autopkgtest of
strip-nondeterminism fails in testing when that autopkgtest is run with
the binary packages of strip-nondeterminism from unstable. It passes
when run with only packages from testing. In tabular form:
                       pass fail
strip-nondeterminism from testing 1.6.2-1
all others from testing from testing

I copied some of the output at the bottom of this report.

Currently this regression is blocking the migration to testing [1]. Can
you please investigate the situation and fix it? If needed, please
change the bug's severity.

Hello,

Bug #945212 in strip-nondeterminism reported by you has been fixed in the
Git repository and is awaiting an upload. You can see the commit
message below and you can check the diff of the fix at:

https://salsa.debian.org/reproducible-builds/strip-nondeterminism/commit/dc39ec7d06bf9ebb149cccb55c3c2cdd2181e3bc

------------------------------------------------------------------------
Add "file" as a dependency for libfile-stripnondeterminism-perl. (Closes: #945212)

I believe this was caused as part of the change from depending on
libdebhelper-perl over debhelper in 1.6.2-1 as part of #939720.
