The Top Down City Pack features over 90 assets to create different setups of cities and towns. It contains 45 building sprites, several vegetation, over 6 different ground tiles, and streets.

New Update 4-01-23: Retouched all sprites on the pack, fine-tuned shades so the sprites can be used with the game engine shadow properties and look more natural, updated vehicles and by request made the streets more "walkable" by increasing the size of the sidewalks.

Fixed and issue with water tile and a couple of ground tiles that were not aligning correctly.

i agree with commenters, this smooth look is so good. could i make a request, though? could you make it more walkable? like those sidewalks are tiny. it's pretty obviously a US city with more room for cars than for people. or sprites? it would make it so much easier to adapt it to a less urban setting (or just some stretch for food trucks or a farmer's market), which would be so cool in terms of versatility.

Your suggestion is greatly welcome as well as your constructive critisism! I will definitely look into making it a more walkable community. I will be updating this pack with some of your requests, and some additional assets in the next weeks.  Thank you!

This is exactly what Im looking for, simple & smooth.

I am Glad you like it. I hope you find it useful for your projects.

Pack looks great. Nice crisp look. Leafed through it and thought that if simple enough then likely a "no shadow" version of the buildings might be sought after by some (personally I know I have more assets waiting for me to do something with than time already). Nice clear filename that will help me ensure I can categorize it and find it later.

I thought about it too, since some engines already have a way to show shadow on assets used, but the pack might be used on non-gaming scenarios, that is why I decided to implement shadows.  I might upload a second png file in the pack with no shadows.

As always your comments are greatly appreciated. Thank you for all your feedback

Depends on the time investment it would require. I know that at least I would play around at times with drop shadows and offsetting them in different ways to mimic different sunlight scenarios just to make the visuals a bit more dynamic. That is mostly what led to me bringing it up.

I agree that an additional image without shadows would be great

Good morning! Well since is already two opinions weighting on that direction, I will upload a second file with no shadows. Thank you very much for the feedback.
