Principais Responsabilidades: Supervisionar todas as funções contábeis, incluindo contabilidade geral, relatórios financeiros e auditorias internas. Desenvolver e monitorar métricas financeiras e KPIs para assegurar a saúde financeira da organização. Gerenciar o orçamento anual realizando previsões e análises detalhadas de variações. Coordenar o fechamento contábil mensal e anual, garantindo precisão e conformidade com GAAP ou IFRS. Oferecer suporte estratégico à liderança sênior, fornecendo análises financeiras detalhadas e insights baseados em dados. Garantir conformidade com todas as regulamentações financeiras locais e federais. Qualificações Necessárias: Proficiência em software de contabilidade e MS Excel; experiência com ERP será um diferencial. Excelentes habilidades analíticas, organizacionais e de liderança. Capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico e cumprir prazos rigorosos. Inglês Avançado (para contato diário com a matriz nos EUA). Experiência em fusões e aquisições ou atuação em banco de investimento é um diferencial.
