SmartCan filler/seamer block by KHS/Ferrum - Hygienic block system for high outputs Great flexibility, a high standard of hygiene and plenty of future viability all rolled into one: our SmartCan filler/seamer block by KHS/Ferrum combines numerous advantages in a single machine. The filler, seamer and housing are perfectly attuned to one another. The computer-controlled can filler and seamer can fill beer and carbonated soft drinks, juices, still beverages and even coffee and tea quickly and efficiently. The servodrive technology enables automated positioning with a highly accurate degree of reproducibility coupled with a low amount of wear. Using the cold glue method body, shoulder, neck and back labels in many different formats are efficiently and reliably applied to your containers. Upgrade of the discontinued KUKA KRC technology to KUKA KRC5   The first conversion to the current KUKA KRC 5 technology took place at our customer Bitburger Braugruppe GmbH. Here, the KHS Innopal - RS3 1E-2-2000 packer was converted from KRC 2 to KRC 5 and was commissioned on schedule and with 100% output on the first day of commissioning.   We at KHS are pleased to be a reliable partner for our customers. This also includes successful conversions and upgrades so that their machines are fit for the second life cycle.
