Our Trust in AI research into global attitudes and adoption of AI identified: • A consensus that offering training to ensure safe, ethical and effective use of AI is important. • Recognition that training is a fundamental part of a successful AI transformation. • Emphasis placed on employees being able to use AI tools safely and ethically, while also managing risk. We also found a desire for organizations to play a leading role in shaping trust in AI. If organizations are focused on using AI in transformative ways, training will be key. How can you be sure that the food you eat is safe? It’s all thanks to a system called quality infrastructure! Standards set out what good looks like, but we are part of a wider system of organisations that help make sure that those standards are being met, together called the quality infrastructure system. This system exists in some form in most countries, supporting businesses to align with best practice, enabling governments to foster innovation and protect consumers. This system is critical to leverage for scaling climate action so we can be sure that it delivers consistent and verifiable progress to net zero.
