  Mumtalakat today announced an investment through a fully owned subsidiary in Racing Force S.p.A., parent company of Racing Force Group, a world leader in safety systems for motorsports, to address the growing global market demand for motorsports safety products. This investment coincides with the expansion plans of Racing Force Group of its current Bell Racing Helmets factory in Bahrain, which was established in 2014 and has employed 400 Bahrainis since then. Furthermore, it is in line with the Group's strategic plans to explore opportunities for growth in Bahrain through the introduction of new brands and a wider range of products.   أعلنت ممتلكات عن الاستثمار في شركة ريسينغ فورس الرائدة في مجال معدات السلامة لقطاع رياضة السيارات والتابعة لمجموعة ريسينغ فورس (المجموعة)، بهدف تلبية الطلب العالمي المتزايد على منتجات السلامة في رياضة السيارات   يتزامن هذا الإعلان مع خطط مجموعة ريسينغ فورس لتوسعة مصنعها "بيل ريسنغ هيلمتس" في مملكة البحرين والذي قام بتوظيف 400 بحريني منذ إطلاقه في العام 2014، إلى جانب خطط المجموعة الاستراتيجية الهادفة إلى التوسع في المملكة https://lnkd.in/dRzCEneC

United in a shared vision, Mumtalakat and M42 Health are partnering to establish the first Amana Healthcare facility in Bahrain. This groundbreaking initiative will provide precise, long-term care and post-acute rehabilitation services to local communities across Bahrain, to enhance healthcare quality and accessibility in line with the Kingdom’s 2030 Vision, ensuring the welfare of all citizens. His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, and Chairman of Mumtalakat, affirmed the solid ties between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the People’s Republic of China highlighting the ongoing growth and advancement in various fields. This announcement was made following Mumtalakat's signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with China Investment Cooperation (CIC) to explore potential investment opportunities. The agreement was reached during the visit of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of Bahrain and President of the current session of the Arab Summit, and the accompanying official delegation’s visit to China. H.E. Shaikh Abdulla bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, CEO of Mumtalakat, recently visited Silah Gulf, a local portfolio company of Mumtalakat. H.E. was welcomed by Mohammed Ali Al Qaed, Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) Chief Executive and Silah Gulf Chairman, as well as Feras Ahmed, Silah Gulf CEO, where he had the opportunity to tour the facilities and was introduced to the various departments and functions of the company. The visit concluded with a meeting with the chairman of the board and wider executive management team to discuss the company’s journey since inception as a customer experience solutions provider, including its numerous industry accolades and continued local and regional growth trajectory. ARRAY INNOVATION, a local portfolio company of Mumtalakat, recently participated in a Bahrain Polytechnic’s Career Week. Representatives of the company had the opportunity to meet graduating students interested in pursuing a career in the ever-evolving digital landscape. ARRAY is a digital solutions’ provider, spearheading digital innovation and artificial intelligence, as well as enhancing Bahrain’s position as a regional technology leader by providing specialised digital expertise to businesses and communities. Mazad, a local portfolio company of Mumtalakat, launched its app and e-commerce platform on August 2023. Since then, the company has been making steadfast progress as it diversifies its asset listings, catering to customer needs. Bahrain Food Holding Company “BFHC”, established under Mumtalakat, recently held its inaugural board meeting to discuss the future goals and prospects of the company. Having consolidated Mumtalakat’s food sector assets under this vehicle, this marks a major strategic milestone to facilitate future collaboration and integration prospects, whilst also harnessing Bahraini expertise in this field. During the meeting, Sami Zainal was elected as Vice Chairman, and Wael Itani was named as the interim CEO of BFHC, while still serving as CEO of General Poultry Company (GPC). عقدت شركة غذاء البحرين القابضة "غذاء"، التابعة لشركة ممتلكات، مؤخراً اجتماع مجلس إدارتها الأول والذي تم خلاله مناقشة الأهداف والخطط المستقبلية للشركة. حيث يعد توحيد أصول ممتلكات العاملة في القطاع الغذائي تحت مظلة "غذاء" خطوة استراتيجية هامة من شأنها المساهمة في تعزيز آفاق التعاون والتكامل المستقبلي فيما بينها، إلى جانب بناء وتطوير الخبرات البحرينية المحلية في هذا المجال وتم خلال الاجتماع انتخاب سامي زينل نائباً لرئيس مجلس الإدارة، كما تم تعيين وائل عيتاني رئيساً تنفيذياً لشركة غذاء بصفة مؤقتة، وذلك إلى جانب منصبه الحالي كرئيس تنفيذي للشركة العامة للدواجن https://lnkd.in/dttn2jRe
