Mr. Cain is Managing Director and EVP of Beacon Hill Associates and Beacon Hill HR, responsible for the strategic direction and national operation of both practices. Mr. Cain brings more than 20 years of industry experience, beginning his career in staffing as a top individual contributor at a privately-owned boutique in 1997, which was acquired by a large, publicly-traded staffing firm. Mr. Cain continued to be a top individual contributor nationally while leading one of their most successful branches until joining Beacon Hill in 2000. Prior to his career in staffing, Mr. Cain worked for three years in sales and marketing for the Boston Red Sox. He is a member of Beacon Hill's Executive Committee and holds a Bachelor of Science in finance and economics from Boston College, where he graduated from the Carroll School of Management Honors Program and was a member of the Men’s Track & Field team.
