Promiris is a real estate development company, aiming to create value on the long term for its different stakeholders through the acquisition of real estate objects on triple A locations needing restructuring and development, by anticipating the future needs of users-occupiers. The different real estate segments covered are residential (including contemporary housing, co-living, student housing, service-flats and senior housing), hospitality, office schemes and mixed use programs in city centers taking into account environmental and accessibility issues. Promiris relies on a team of specialists dedicated to the creation, structuring, development and commercialization of real estate. All the developments are guided and inspired by design, innovation and excellence. The management team of the company is composed out of the 3 founding partners.     Successful commercial launch! We're delighted to announce that the Gaia Hills project has been a resounding success, barely a week after the start of the commercial launch. Over 60% of the apartments have already been reserved!     Promiris, in partnership with the Thomas & Piron Group, is thrilled to announce the commercial launch of Gaia Hills. Nestled along the picturesque banks of the Douro River in Vila Nova de Gaia, this exceptional development offers breathtaking views of both the river and the vibrant city of Porto, complemented by expansive green spaces at the rear.     Sur notre chantier Emile Demot à 1000 Bruxelles, le gros œuvre des appartements de standing avec vue sur l’abbaye de la Cambre touche à sa fin. Nous effectuons à présent la pose des balcons et des cloisons intérieures. Côté boulevard de la Cambre, le gros œuvre des chambres d’étudiants est terminé. Nous procédons actuellement à la pose des châssis, à l’étanchéité de la toiture et des terrasses, ainsi qu’à la pose des techniques en gaine et en chape.     Promiris, in collaboration with CETIM SA, is delighted to announce the successful completion of a new transaction with the Ageas Group in Portugal. With the support of Promiris and Cetim, Ageas Portugal has acquired the 50% stake previously held by Xior in a student residence project comprising 124 bedrooms in Lisbon, strategically located near the University of Lusiadas. Upon the scheduled delivery of the building in the summer, Ageas will finalize the acquisition of the remaining stake from Promiris/Cetim.   The visionary design of the project is credited to the architect Eduardo Capinha Lopes, and its execution is overseen by the Promiris team in Portugal. Legal counsel for this transaction was expertly provided by the PLMJ law firm.   Following completion, the residence will be operated under a lease agreement with the esteemed French entity, Odalys Campus.   This development marks the third asset meticulously crafted by Promiris and subsequently sold to Ageas Portugal through an innovative forward funding model. Ageas Portugal will now boast ownership of three residences, with two situated in Porto and one in Lisbon, collectively offering nearly 600 rooms.

    70% SOLD!! Promiris is pleased to announce having signed the construction contract for the project "Nuance" in Alvalade (Lisbon). The project includes 28 apartments and the construction will start in the beginning of January and will last 22 months. The off-plan sales started on November 2 and after 2 weeks of commercialization, Promiris booked 20 reservations, reaching 70% of pre-sales. The project has set up a new record in terms of pre-sales after just 2 weeks of the launch. In 2018, with the residential project BIVART in Avenida Novas, Promiris had already set up a record in pre-sales. It looks like the market is highly valuing the quality of the residential products Promiris is delivering into the market. https://lnkd.in/ea37z8Dq
