We had a fantastic experience at the RRB Renewable Resources & Biorefineries Conference! Our #BioStru product, recovered nutrient from used waters, attracted relevant visitors from academia as well as companies. We had engaging discussions about the latest innovations in the biobased sector. It was inspiring to see the enthusiasm and interest in sustainable solutions and circular economy initiatives. It was great to showcase two of the #EUHorizon projects we are working on: - Struvite #BioStru is also one of the alternative fertilizers being studied for the EU Project FER-PLAY EU which is conducting multi assessments to asses environmental, economic, social acceptance, regulatory, and technical challenges and to provide viable solutions for enabling the replacement of conventional fertilizers. - N-Struvite (#BioStru) and K-Struvite are also used as feedstocks for the EU Project SOILUTIONS. Soilutions project intends to use these feedstocks and more to create next generation soil improvers via 'living labs' that will not only address fertilization requirements of crops but also improve soil conditions in three different 'soil' environments around EU.
