While I am on my way back from the MPPE Summer conference: A big thank you to #MPPE and #AVIENT for perfectly organizing and hosting this year’s summer conference in Malmö! Besides the great venue (… almost too much excellent food!😅) and the perfect networking talks it was the program and presentations that confirmed to me that #MedPharmPlastEurope is one of the most relevant associations in our industry. Where else instead could we have had that deep dive in sustainability and circularity topics that are actually on top of the daily agendas of all of us? It’s obvious that no company alone will be able to drive the change to a sustainable healthcare industry. So let’s continue and use MPPE as a platform for jointly intensifying the use of sustainable medical grade plastics and for creating or enhancing circularity systems in healthcare. Be it by utilizing ‚sustainability by design‘ methods, be it by using mechanically recycled or mass balance attributed products or materials based on chemically recycled feedstocks. There are many ways to Rome. And the best time to begin is always now! 🌟 What an incredible few days we had in Malmo at the Avient - MPPE Summer Conference on 12-13 June ! 🌟 We are thrilled to share that our recent conference was a resounding success, marked by fantastic attendance and a wealth of insightful discussions.
