Time for a quick update! Two weeks after unveiling our car, we’re excited to share that we’re wrapping up our strategic testing phase. Since #strategy is vital in the Sasol Solar Challenge, we’ve taken the time to clearly understand how each component affects our #performance. 🏎️ One of our strategic advantages in Australia was our fin. That’s why we’ve thoroughly tested it over the past few weeks at the facilities of Defensie and Lommel Proving Ground. We simulated the South African route using the large runway in Beauvechain and the massive fans at Ford Lommel, which can create strong crosswinds up to 80 km/h. This helps our pilots get to know the car better and gather crucial strategic information about the fin. 🦈
