Meet our new sponsored student from the Sumba Hospitality foundation: Reffi!😍 At Jati & Kebon, we are proud to support the @sumbahospitalityfoundation for several years. 🌏 This foundation provides opportunities for young people in Sumba, an Indonesian island, to have a better future through education and training in the hospitality sector. This year, we are supporting Reffi, a 19-year-old student from Sumba. Reffi works in the front office department, where she learns to welcome guests, handle airport pick-ups, and serve as a tour guide. She also receives English lessons and weekly classes on sustainability, where she learns to care for the planet and properly sort waste. This program helps her achieve her goals and build a better future. At the Sumba Hospitality Foundation, 57 students receive education, including learning about permaculture and participating in various activities that prepare them for their future lives.
