About us

In an industrial environment large production equipment is often tailor-made, resulting in long lead times when components brake down or even complete replacement of entire installations when components have become obsolete, moulds have been lost or suppliers have gone bankrupt. Guaranteed offers a solution to these problems by repairing, refurbishing and producing large metal parts using wire & arc additive manufacturing. Born from Innovation we use state of the art unique simulation, monitoring and inspection tools to guarantee first time right production; while being raised in Industry we guarantee one-stop-shop industrial reliability.

Valland SpA is proud to have successfully completed the 𝗪𝗔𝗟𝗖𝗛𝗬 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁, undertaken as part of the second open call by 𝗗𝗜𝗛 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱. This iniziative is designed to support digitization experiments involving Digital Innovation Hubs (DIH) and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in the manufacturing sector. The project was carried out with the collaboration of Polytronics, a digital innovation hub supported by the POLYMERIS cluster 🦾⚙️ The aim pursued by WALCHY is of utmost significance: to revolutionize the supply chain in the hydrogen industry towards a more efficient logistical process in terms of cost and time, while also ensuring sustainability. This is achieved through innovation in valve components using Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) technology.
