🌍🤝 We are thrilled to share the success of the Ghana-EU Business Forum, which we had the privilege of organising at the beginning of July! Last week several GOPA Com. team members attended #Nudgestock2024, a festival of behavioural science and creativity, in London, which focused on the fascinating (and often elusive) concept of time! ⏰ The talks sparked tons of thought-provoking discussions, from questioning how we ask questions (to solve problems, not win arguments) to the power of patience in our fast-paced world.  Here are some key takeaways: - Rory Sutherland challenged the dominance of optimisation models, arguing they can overlook human preferences.  Are we optimising for the right things? - Nava Ashraf reminded us that the past, present, and future all converge in the "now" - the moment where we shape our desired future. The power is in our hands! - Oliver Burkeman offered a powerful perspective: acceptance.  Perhaps  we shouldn't try to "do it all" and instead embrace the reality that life is full of possibilities. - The AI panel discussion was a highlight, emphasizing the importance of user experience and critical thinking in a world increasingly influenced by AI.
