☀ The summer of ESTEE Coating Solutions - part 1/9 ☀ The summer period is always a busy period for our installation teams. Fortunately, 2024 was no exception here 🙏 . We start our annual overview in the wonderful Alsace region. At TMT Tôlerie Industrielle (FR), located near Strasbourg, ESTEE Coating Solutions has successfully installed a new manual powder coating installation. All components are 100% manufactured in-house in our atelier in Meulebeke (BE). Some specifications: - Workpiece dimensions: L 6000mm x H 2000mm x W 1000mm; - Booth with horizontal suction of 20.000 m³/h, equipped with an STS fire detection system; - Chamber curing oven with double sliding doors; - Manual powder coating equipment from J. Wagner GmbH; - Transborder system from Railtechniek van Herwijnen BV; ESTEE Coating Solutions - passionate about #sustainable powder coating.

ESTEE Coating Solutions recently installed a new pretreatment tunnel at Hop Metaalconservering in Barneveld, Netherlands. The installation is designed for workpieces of 12,6m long and 3 tons in weight! ESTEE Coating Solutions finalised the installation of these 💥 shiny bath series 💥 at Jonkman Coating B.V. in Hengelo (NL). The installation consists of: ✔ 11 pretreatment baths leakpan made of polypropylene; ✔ a drying oven with automatic door; ✔ an semi-automatic overhead crane delivered by Railtechniek van Herwijnen BV; ✔ all necessary piping, heating and controls to make the system run. This investment comes on top of the large horizontal powdercoating line which ESTEE Coating Solutions installed at Jonkman Coating B.V. earlier this year. With our partner ESTEE Coating Solutions, we completed this compact and efficient #monorail 240.000 system with #bridgecrane for Aluwdoors B.V. in Nunspeet, The Netherlands! This manually operated #overheadconveyor system allows for the ergonomic loading, unloading and transfer of products measuring up to 6m long and 1.8m high, weighing up to 500kgs/ loadbar and 1500kgs/ bridge crane between the #powdercoating cabin, #dryingoven and buffer stations. #railtechniek #aluwdoors #esteecoatingsolutions
