Is your September calendar rapidly filling up? Save the date for the next OceanICU webinar - coming to a computer screen near you this autumn. The OceanICU project is designing new Decision Support Tools (DSTs)—modelling tools—to allow us to predict the impact of natural processes and industry actions and of which will aid scientists, industry and policy makers, in exploring the complex tradeoffs involved in determining the optimal resource exploitation strategy. In consultation with stakeholders, the models, scenarios and user experience of these DSTs will be developed over the course of the project to ensure they evolve into effective tools to aid policy makers involved in determining the right decisions around how to deliver the EU Green Deal. The webinar will showcase the current progress of the tools and models and demonstrate how they work on the game-changing #EDITO platform, a digital framework that integrates data and services from EMODnet and Copernicus Marine Service. A dynamic Q&A will offer the opportunity to directly engage with our panelists, experts leading new innovative pathways toward providing crucial data needed in support of the EU Mission "Restore our Ocean and Waters by 2030" Register here: https://lnkd.in/eZwx4XX9 EDITO - European Digital Twin Ocean NORCE Norwegian Research Centre Jorn Bruggeman Conor Delaney Marina T.
