Great to see the final piece of the RAC Tienen redevelopment being set into motion. Earlier this month the new owners initiated the first reconversion phase, this will transform the former courthouse to a community health care centre in addition to the already installed precinct and adult learning centre.

Earlier this year we completed the exit of our project RAC Tienen. Redeveloping old buildings to start a new life cycle is what we set out to do and we are very pleased with the varied mixed-use site this has become. The RAC Tienen main building houses an adult learning centre (CVO) as well as the local police district Getevallei and was sold to private investor Baloise and the police district earlier this year. Most recently the smaller building, a former courthouse, has also found a new owner. Its acquisition by a multidisciplinary health care practice completes the redevelopment of the RAC Tienen site and we are pleased to see it come back to life with all its new occupants.
