🚴♀️ As part of #EuropeanMobilityWeek, #Brussels, and many other participating cities, are going car-free this Sunday, offering a unique opportunity to experience the city’s streets as they transform into spaces for cyclists and pedestrians. 🎉European Mobility Week is the European Commission's flagship mobility awareness campaign. The subject for this year is "shared public spaces," which encourages everyone to consider how we might share the little amount of public space we have for improved road safety, social equity, reduced noise and air pollution, and overall quality of life. 🌍 This initiative not only promotes cleaner air and sustainable urban mobility but also encourages more people to explore cycling as a viable alternative to cars. Let's take this chance to support cycling-friendly initiatives and showcase the power of active travel in reducing our environmental footprint.
