We are happy to announce the successful conclusion of the VERTIgO project, a groundbreaking initiative that has improved CBRN training. Led by our beloved partners Fondazione SAFE - Security and Freedom for Europe, this project has advanced the state-of-the-art in CBRN training, integrating immersive technology. Our team worked on the development of The European Exercise Simulation Platform (EESP), a key component of the VERTIgO project. This platform enables trainers to create immersive and realistic training scenarios for CBRN operators, allowing them to practice their skills in a safe and controlled environment in order to better prepare for real-world scenarios and improve their overall performance. As a team, we are extremely proud of our achievements and grateful for the invaluable contributions of our partners: AIT Austrian Institute of Technology MESTEL SAFETY S.R.L. Improving the way we train our people is about focusing on building the new, not resisting the old. Recently, we hosted a conference on the evolving landscape of training and lifelong learning in the pharma sector, in collaboration with PlusOne - Biotech, Medtech, Hightech Talents and Ellion Belgium. During the event, we focused into these two questions: 'How can we attract talent and enhance the sector's appeal?' and 'What strategies ensure continuous career advancement?'. Our mission, with our partners, is to ensure that these two questions are answered and aligned for the best possible outcome for the trainees in the Pharma ecosystem. The success of the conference and the richness of discussions were phenomenal, thanks to our incredible speakers who generously shared their insights.
