Our mixed-use projects allow residents to live, entertain, work, and shop in multifunctional neighborhoods. By paying attention to the socio-cultural dimension of our projects, we hope to improve their well-being. 🌿 Introducing our Sustainability Report for 2023 🌿 As a real estate company, we are aware of our impact on current climate issues and are committed to acting transparently. Our efforts strictly comply with the legal obligations imposed by European and Belgian authorities, while demonstrating our willingness to go beyond these frameworks. We have shaped our ambitions around five pillars, which we’ll introduce in this and upcoming posts. The first one? Governance ⚖ At AG Real Estate, we place a high value on maintaining high standards of governance and ethics. Our code of business conduct guides our interactions and decisions, ensuring transparent and responsible management. 🏢 Beaulieu: Harmony between Demolition and Conservation   Atenor and AG Real Estate in collaboration with the BMA are delighted to present a real estate initiative designed by a2o, VELD and Kollektif Landscape for their project Beaulieu. This challenging development for residential housing balances demolition and preservation. 💡 The southern bays of the building retain the original architectural elements, while the northern bays benefit from new openings and volumes. The atrium is transformed into an interior street. Vis-à-vis between dwellings is avoided thanks to an ingenious double orientation.   💡The residential typologies are diversified, with adaptable programming for flats, offices, and co-living spaces.   💡The building's post-modern architecture has been reinterpreted with brick accents, giving it an attractive residential character. A large bicycle storage area on the ground floor provides easy access to the future urban boulevard.   This development is highly praised for its coherent integration of constraints and its adaptive reuse approach.
