During his interview with 60 Minutes, Trump had Baghdad Barbie (Kayleigh McEnany) present Lesley Stahl with an oversized, 10 inch, hard bound book on his health care polices.  It was so big and heavy, Stahl had difficulty holding it.   I guess Trump thought 60 minutes would simply judge the book by its cover and never open it, but ….  (checks notes) … they did, revealing it was empty, full of blank pages.

Trump’s bungling continued as he just posted photographs of the stunt to his own twitter account.

Dumbest grifters — evah.

hello! I haven’t seen anyone talk about this yet, but in light of H5N1 spreading everywhere, here is your reminder to:

- mask

- cook meats (poultry, beef, and pork) to AT LEAST 165°f or 74°c internal temp. yes this means no more rare meats.

- cook yolks until they are solid. no more runny yolks.

- avoid sick birds (pets or wild).

- only consume pasteurized milk.

- NOT let your cats out unsupervised! do not! it is almost 100% fatal in cats!

Comments left by Kentaro Miura (author of Berserk) on Young Animal Magazine when he was drawing Berserk and commentaries at the end of the book.

This has been shared before but it is well known that manga authors have brutal schedules they have to work under. So many have died before old age due to health issues.

To quote Junji Ito:

“Sleep is very important. Everyone get enough sleep. Many manga artists die young and it’s because they don’t sleep. Your best ideas will come to you when you’re sleeping. Please everyone get some sleep.”

Remember Manga authors are human beings that deserve better work conditions in their industry.

RIP Master Miura.

Every time I get upset that One Piece is having another break I will force myself to remember this. The amount of control Oda has over his schedule is extremely rare, and should be the industry norm.
