What an experience with Simba.i order Simba hybrid mattress, hybrid pillow and hybrid duvet. One of the best order in my life. Make my sleep great wake up freah no more body aches or pain.i have looked everywhere before i purchase didn’t like nothing. Finally for long wait we decided to go for Simba and we make it right choice. Definitely recommend, do not hesitate and buy direct from Simba. I give 1000 out of 1000 very very happy 😊

I bought a mattress topper for over £350 and find it is just 3 pieces of thin foam stuck together in an ill fitting cover. I’m so disappointed. I really don’t understand all the good reviews. I mean it’s fine, but it’s not £350 worth. I’ve contacted customer services to return and will see how far I get. So far it’s been 2 days and they’ve not contacted me.

I already have 2 of these hybrid pillows they are great . I’ve bought hundreds of pillows before I found these and just 1 is perfect for support of neck and head , before I’d try about 2/3 pillows to get the right support. Now just the one , they are the best pillows I’ve ever had. Delivery was quick . They are pricy but well worth the money , zip off covers can be washed I take them with me on trips away .

I was really looking forward to the new mattress and bed. Generally reviews are favourable about the product. However they are let down by poor customer service and an even poorer delivery partner, Humber Services. I measure a business by the company they keep and Humber drags down the entire value chain.
In a nutshell: neither Simba nor their partner can be reached by phone, communication is sub par and I ended up sleeping on the floor when the delivery didn't turn up, no explanation given (presumably the drivers prioritized their own sleep hygiene). Interestingly, they were not really interested in a "sorry" and very quick to cancel and fully refund. A business based on churn.

After purchasing the hybrid pillow, the best nights sleep for a long time. Always struggled with pillows, one not enough, two too much, this one perfect, recommend although only had a few days so unable to comment on longevity.
Also purchased the body pillow, which is good, very large and very cold! A single bed with a large Labrador co ha biting on top, a double duvet at least to keep covered and warm. Also had to purchase a cover as the cool one too cold for the winter, maybe good in the summer. Web site states zipped cover - it isn’t just a fold over which is fine.

Bought Simba Hybrid pillow due to good reviews. No info about using foam cube core. Not as nice as expected for the money. It gave me sore ears and neck pain on first night Better since removing a lot of cubes. Cover much less thick and soft than expected and very synthetic feeling. Doesn’t fit my standard expensive John Lewis pillow cases either Overall mildly disappointing pillow for me.

The delivery driver and friend from AO delivered a 40kg to my hallway. No chance of moving this to first floor bedroom. Even website states delivered to a room of your choice. I'm waiting now 3 days for a response .. as this still remains in my hallway. Beyond disappointing

Ordered the hybrid Luxe, which began to 'sag' on one side after a few weeks.
I asked for a replacement which they sent out and the same issue happened again, which was frustrating.
The service was good as it was easy to return, however the mattress quality was poor on both mattresses. Not what you expect for a £1,500 mattress after a few weeks.

I ordered a refurbished superking mattress from them. Free nominated delivery day and very helpful delivery team (called me when they were half an hour away and brought it into the hall for me). Mattress was pristine and is incredibly comfortable. Great price. Would absolutely recommend.
