Change is happening all the time, in business to ensure this change is perpetual we require individuality. Without this there is no change and no adaptation, any business that is unable to adapt is quickly left behind. This is where I love to step in, thinking of innovative ideas for the future and helping others to also think ahead.

My passion is to look at complex processes and problems then find creative solutions to either solve or make them more efficient.
I firmly believe in making business systems work for us, automating tasks to enable our employees to focus more on providing the best service to our customers.

Driving lean initiatives, change management and perfomance improvement by automating tasks and employing lean six sigma, 3M methodologies, focussing on continuous improvement. I am able to talk to our customers about the most efficient way to do business to business communications and am equally comfortable making a presentation on process improvements to Senior Executives.

- Utilising my unique ability to work through tasks, both simple and complex, from beginning to end, no matter if it is a project or processes, I am highly skilled at coming up with innovative ideas and procedures that save time and reduce costs in international business.
