About
I seek to create the change of which I am capable. My past, current and future roles have been, and will be, chosen to fulfil this purpose.
I am a mature and collaborative leader recognised across the finance, investment, philanthropy and social impact sectors for harnessing my specialist skills and deep experience - across governance, strategy, investments and systems change - in creative ways to deliver outcomes for multiple stakeholders.
I am a purpose driven, values-based leader who leads by example, provides clarity of vision, and executes relentlessly. I excel in complex, high-pressure environments and consistently deliver results through building and leading high-performance teams and collaborations, underpinned by high levels of strategic clarity, self-awareness and strong communication.
My research, writing and teaching is focussed on the development on frameworks that enable all participants in the social impact ecosystem (for-purpose organisations, philanthropists, governments, and corporates) to deliver better outcomes for beneficiaries.
I lead the JBWere Philanthropic Services and Family Advisory team, and out purpose is 'to inspire and support our clients in delivering sustainable impact'.
JBWere is the leading provider of services in Australia and New Zealand and serve a broad range of purpose-driven organisations, institutions, corporations, families and individuals (currently entrusted with more than $12bn across Australia and New Zealand).
We partner with our clients to support them in delivering on their mission (and thus fulfil our own) through:
- Effective Governance;
- Research, Executive Education and Insight; and
- Tailored Strategic Advice.
