Circumstances and situations change continually, client feedback can change as a result of changes. First and foremost, client feedback should be seen as a positive sign, it conveys a healthy relationship and signifies that the client wants the relationship to grow and strengthen. It is important to capture the feedback formally and also to agree on the actions that each party agrees to take. Have regular checkins to track progress and to pivot if necessary. Agree to change and refine the actions based on the changes. In addition, find ways to objectively measure outcomes so that the results can be measured and progress can be seen.
