Of particular relevance is my expertise gained in the HR space. I’ve had the opportunity to gain extensive experience providing strategic talent advice and market insights to stakeholders to recruit all roles within the HR function. Specifically, these positions have included the following role types: HR Generalist, Head of People & Culture, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, HR Operations and Strategic HR Business Partner.

Your hiring timeline unexpectedly extends. How will you handle candidate expectations?
Always notify the candidates in the process as soon as possible and provide transparency around the why. This also means outlining what the confirmed next steps and revised timeline is. I find that acknowledging how this delay can be frustrating and showing empathy to the candidates is important, as going through a recruitment process can be stressful for candidates. Providing regular updates (even where this no tangible update) is key to ensure that there continuous engagement and the opportunity to answer any concerns or questions candidates have as time goes on.
