Here's how you can showcase your sourcing and recruiting prowess to your superiors.
Use AI to improve the inclusivity of your recruitment process: - Using AI, create a message which promotes your commitment to diversity and inclusion, which can be placed in your job advertisement. This should be a genuine reflection of your organisation's approach, and ideally something which is reinforced on your company website. - Using AI, re-write the body of your job ad to maximise inclusion, minimise bias and clearly identify both the essential and desirable attributes of the job. With these simple steps you have the potential to significantly stand out from your competitors - with more more than half of all job advertisers overlooking these types of inclusive messages.
