About

Jason is a SaaS tech investor and C-Level Technology Executive, focusing on scaling up tech companies. With significant experience in eCommerce, FinTech, Proptech, Medtech, Crypto and Cyber Security. He usually takes an active role in the companies he invests in, as a Board Advisor and ‘fractional’ C-Level Executive. A sort after listed and unlisted Company Director, with a strong tech, growth and governance focus. His multi-sector, entrepreneurial portfolio career traverses startups & global corporations, with channel partnership, go2market experience & investments across the US, Asia, EU, Africa, India & other markets. Dominated by building successful companies & exiting them at strategic points in time. He has done this across technology, professional services, retail & property verticals. Over the past 20 years he has proved his skills across both B2B & B2C. Jason has been a key driver in companies that have created significant value and exits for business partners, shareholders & founders.

Jason is well known as a person who "just gets things done"! Experienced "Growth Hacker" & where necessary "Cost Cutter" but also someone who understands the importance of good governance as companies grow.

His career commenced 25 years ago with KPMG, as a computer & corporate auditor, where he was quickly identified as a driven & high achieving individual, who became sought after by several wealthy private business owners to help them transform, leverage & grow their businesses, before transitioning into the technology space. He is at his best when working with growth companies and serving as a trusted adviser to CEO's, Boards & founders, who are focused on scaling their ventures & taking them global.

Jason sees his life not as a 'career' but rather as a series of 'projects' to work with investors, founders & Boards to scale successful technology enabled companies. Described as a pioneer at the peak of his career in the accounting & professional services industry, a guru & visionary by commentators in the hotel and property industry & now a disruptor in the software & technology space.

His passion in business is helping people & companies scale to achieve their full potential. As well as devoting significant time to several not-for-profit Boards, his philanthropic passion centres around creating ‘Charitable Foundations” to enable people to get a start in life they would not otherwise have.

His passion in life is exploring the world, undertaking adventure fundraising activities & participating in high energy activities.
