About
As a dedicated professional across both the for-purpose and for-profit sectors, my career is anchored in the belief that technology can profoundly improve outcomes for clients, families, and communities along with their supporters.
My expertise spans developing strategies for outcome measurement, fundraising, and scaling impact through philanthropy. Deep experience in the successful adoption of technology and specifically CRM systems underpins this. Drawing insights from my white paper, ‘Measuring Impact and the Power of Just Getting Started’, and various case studies,
I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of data-driven approaches in human services. My commitment lies in empowering organisations to leverage software solutions for a more profound social impact, ensuring that every step is towards a more compassionate and equitable world.
My Why! Thirty years ago my daughter was born with Down syndrome and within 6 months I was compelled to join my first non-profit board.
Twelve years ago I was approached by a non-profit looking to customise a commercial CRM to support Results Based Accountability. This led me on a journey to find the best software for achieving improved outcomes for clients, families and communities.
After ten years with Blackbaud leading the adoption of fit-for-purpose client, case and outcomes management software and fundraising CRM for small growing non-profits the journey continues!
