There is a fault in our #Federation Constitution & the #RBA Act 1959 which is basically a #Constitutional  & #Economic #Conundrum.

We either need an amendment to Sect 11 of #RBA Act 1959 to include States or should there be a discussion to have a #referendum to consider a total rewrite to require the States to submit their overspending annual budgets to #RBA & public for scrutiny and #veto? The RBA Board & Governor have until their June 2024 announcement been too diplomatic by not chastising the Federal Treasurer for overspending.
