🏠🔨 Build It Right Review of an insurance Bathroom reinstatement with defects 🏠🔨 Background; - An insurance Builder undertook total removal and replacement of the Bathroom. - The Insured is also a practicing insurance broker, and raised concerns to the Builder about potential defects within the Bathroom. - The Builder attempted to address concerns, missing some items and potentially voiding waterproofing during their efforts on others. - The Insured escalated their concerns to the Insurer. - The Insurer appointed Overstone Pty Ltd to undertake a Build It Right Review, with the site attendance occurring earlier today. 🌟 Insured Feedback 🌟 "Thanks again for doing such an incredible and thorough job! Really appreciate you taking the time to explain things so well and answer all my questions.
