I currently work with organisations to figure out ways that they can continuously surprise & delight their customers.
Over the last 13 years, I’ve built a relentless passion to deliver memorable experiences to every possible customer. I guess this is due to the fact that I spent over 5 years in a large scale contact centre as soon as I left high school.
Fast forward a decade and I’ve now worked across APAC & EMEA, having gained substantial experience consulting to businesses with varying growth prospects scale & across numerous industries.
This consulting experience has stemmed from running my own boutique consulting company (a 101 lesson on how to go from 0 to 1), whilst also working for an array of market leading organisations.
My growth mindset helps me become better 1% every day and I hope that I can pass on some of this experience & knowledge to you, too.

What are the most important things to do in your first 90 days in a customer experience job?
I’d actually take the first 30-60 days to test different experiences from a customers perspective. I would try to purchase the company’s products / use their services and begin to map out the different journeys I had to take. Once I have an outside perspective, I’d assess how we are set up as an organisation to service our customers across each of these touch points - data, processes & people. This would allow me to formulate a plan of: - how we can more effectively capture customer signals across the journey - who we need to empower to act on these signals - how we can measure success
