Introducing Amaroo Business Park - Lot 1, a new industrial development designed by Watson Young Architects, strategically located off the Hume Freeway in Craigieburn, Melbourne. This site boasts a total building area of 25,195m² within an expansive 48,041m² lot. The architecture highlights a contemporary & polished design, featuring exteriors in Colorbond's new Dover White and Bluegum, complemented by the timber-look finishes that elevate the building palette, enriching the aesthetic. The offices are integrated into the warehouse, creating a striking entrance that celebrates the volume and structure of the warehouse itself. The interior design focuses on creating bright and inviting spaces throughout the facility. Sophisticated black accents and hardware complement the durable, long-lasting commercial spaces, featuring a terrazzo pattern on the entrance floor tile full of personality. Warm internal tones enhance the architectural elements, with timber-like finishes in the lift core, timber-look internal battens, textured paint with organic blooming finish and planters adorning the lobby. Sustainability is at the heart of this development, further reinforced by its 5-Star Green Star rating. It incorporates significant solar energy, energy-efficient LED lighting, electric vehicle charging stations, and water harvesting systems. Goodman, Qanstruct Photography: Josh Brnjac

Set near the shores of Albert Park Lake in Melbourne we are excited to introduce the newly expanded and renovated Melbourne Golf Park, formerly known as Albert Park Driving Range. Featuring architecturally designed timber battens and pergola framing details with planters surrounding the open rooftop. The warmth of natural timber and dark cladding has been selected to compliment the existing landscape and the newly finished mini golf. There is a layered transparency from the city-side entry though to the Southern driving range, with an abundance of light and the surrounding vegetation creating an inviting environment. The improvements made to the existing driving range provide access to all- a central glazed elevator has been added, providing direct access from the ground level entry and cafe to the rooftop bar and upper-level driving range bays that offer stunning views of the Melbourne CBD skyline and Albert Park Lake.
