The campaign saw an immersive AI experience combining art, design, music and fashion. Powered by the music of Ta-Ku via BRING Agency, Intel laptop stations with music production tools and custom #AI graphic visualisation allowed visitors to ‘mix’ their own graphics straight onto a t-shirt. ⭐️ Kingfisher’s ‘World Phone Amnesty’ won Gold in the #Circular #Economy category. VANDAL ▼ partnered with Rethink Everything to create global awareness around technological landfill and device circulation. ⭐️ ‘Natural Rhythms’ for Lendlease won Gold in #GenerativeAI. The 12-month-long generative AI digital placemaking exhibition showcases the ecological cycles of Australia’s fauna and flora via VANDAL ▼’s custom AI Atelier offering. ⭐️ Created in partnership with We Are Warriors and R/GA, the Sydney New Year’s Eve pylon projections, ‘Buried Country’, won Gold in #MotionGraphics. The BETTER FUTURE Awards is the world’s largest network of design award programs, recognising excellence across categories including #Advertising, #Marketing, #Design, #brandactivation and Better Future initiatives. VANDAL ▼ is one of Australia's top contenders in the internationally acclaimed AEAF finalists announcement. 🏆⚡️ The global Animation and Effects Awards Festival (AEAF) have announced their finalists across a broad range of categories, celebrating the world's best #VFX, #animation, #motiongraphics, #postproduction and new media #experiential work. VANDAL ▼ was awarded 11 finalist nominations which included work for Foxtel Group's Hubbl, Lendlease, Vivid Sydney, Powershop Australia, Matildas and Koala to name a few. The projects selected were from a wide range of categories including commercial animation, commercial VFX, live event installation and projections, education, infographics and short films. An exclusive activation at the iconic Melbourne Central Shopping Centre, it offered a space to #create, #collaborate and #explore new #ideas as an #immersive experience that merges the worlds of #art, #design, #music and #fashion. Powered by the music of Ta-Ku, Intel laptop stations with music production tools and custom graphic visualisation software allow visitors to ‘mix’ their own graphics onto a t-shirt, creating a custom self-designed item of music merch that’s printed on-site within minutes. A separate workshop area played host to sessions from Ta-Ku, techno DJ and producer Ninajirachi and photographer Demas Rusli, who talked to fans about how they integrate #AI and generative tools into their workflow and creative processes. 'Synthetic Hum(AI)nity' by VANDAL ▼ was the first time in Vivid Sydney's history that a #digital work of #art was created using generative artificial intelligence. Interpreting the theme of #Humanity, the artwork represents our evolving relationship with #technology under the themes of energy, time, communication and navigation. It manifests itself in the advent of #artificialintelligence, providing a sense of artistic circularity to the project. ‘Synthetic Hum(AI)nity’ for Vivid Sydney 2024 was showcased as an architectural projection mapping on the ASN Co Building Clock Tower, May 24th to June 15th 2024. The partnership marks a milestone for VANDAL ▼ and Vivid Sydney as it paved a future where #humanity, #technology #creativity can not only coexist, but indeed complement each other.
