We asked Zahra to reflect on her career at UniLodge, check out some of her highlights below. What has been the most meaningful experience you’ve had at UniLodge? - Some of my most meaningful experiences have been when I’ve helped residents ,and seeing how happy and grateful they were when I was able to provide this support to them. What roles have you held over these years, and which was your favourite? - I started as an Resident Advisor (RA), then full-time Customer Service Coordinator (CSC), casual CSC and a Customer Service Manager (CSM). My favourite so far has to be my current role as CSM. What do you like best about your job / working at UniLodge? - The challenges that every day brings and I really love working with my colleagues. What are you most proud of during your time at UniLodge? - I’m proud of my ability to problem-solve on the go when something comes up and to adapt to any challenges that arise throughout the day.
