Trova Talent was born out of a love for the incredible impact that great talent and search outcomes have on organisations (big and small) as well as individuals.     Enterprise mindset - a strategic imperative for todays leaders.

    Enterprise mindset. More critical than ever before. One of the great privileges of being in executive search for as long as we have, is that it offers the opportunity to witness the decisions made by CIOs and CTOs when presented with game changing technology. In the nineties, inventions like ERP, managed services, data warehousing and SaaS, saw technology officers consider the benefits of these new (at the time) solutions. The CIO’s obligation was to make sound decisions in tools that kept the business safe, productive and competitive. The inventions of more recent years in cloud computing, collaboration software and in data and digital have continued to weigh on the capital investment & innovation decisions of our tech leaders. AI has upped the ante! It’s pervasiveness has forced all leadership, not just technology leadership to consider where and how to act. The question that we at Trova have been contemplating, is what does AI mean for executive capability? CEOs, C suite executives in corporate enablement roles, as well as those in business unit leadership must be prepared to make conscious decisions on AI. It goes to enterprise mindset and it is no longer a characteristic that is nice to have. We have seen executive leadership teams who possess genuine enterprise mindset displaying more ambidexterity. They are more collaborative and they are more easily able to put the customer at the core of decisions. So, what’s our takeaway? Well, you will see us at Trova Talent having added enterprise mindset to our critical set of core competencies.
