We are delighted to share that we have won the 2023 Market Research Society (MRS) New Consumer Insights Award for our recent collaboration with Google - ‘Making Sense of the Messy Middle - Simulating Online Shoppers’. The judges said - “In a closely run field, this was our clear winner. It was an extremely clever and thorough piece of scientific testing – an outstanding contribution to purchasing insight.” We collaborated with Google on three new studies decoding consumer decision-making in key online contexts: Search advertising, information on brand websites, and at the different points of sale where consumers buy. The results demonstrate the power of behavioural science to support decision making in all three contexts - building consumer confidence, increasing brand preference and even matching the impact of price promotion." The judges also said - “The burgeoning demand for The Behavioural Architects’ research is testament to the commercial influence of these findings.” Read more here: https://lnkd.in/gCHrmcf #behaviouralscience #awardwinning #consumerinsights #consumerbehavior

Our team has a passion for Sustainability and we really enjoyed listening to the recent MRS webinar, 'Digging Deeper on delivering impactful projects on climate change'. What really struck a chord with us is the need to make comms MORE relatable and LESS technical, corporate and over dramatic, to cut through and drive relevance among less engaged audiences. This rings true with our recent thinking around closing the sustainability intention-action gap. There is a need to bring the challenge ‘closer in’ - making it more relevant to our families, communities and immediate environment - for people to ‘see’ impact, which drives action. Attached is a screenshot of our model to help brands bring the challenge closer in, taken from one of our most well attended webinars this year! Do get in contact if you’d like to know more or if you fancy a chat about it 🌿 Link to MRS webinar here: https://lnkd.in/eXthpTGK. Link to our closing the gap webinar here: https://lnkd.in/esHZrDvA
