    Our latest research, "DEI Deep Dive: APAC’s Path Forward," uncovers significant disparities in DEI perceptions between managers and employees, highlighting potential gaps in awareness or communication. More than 22% of employees in APAC view their workplace as uninitiated in the DEI journey, compared to just 4% of managers. Notably, 39% of DEI managers believe their workplace is making progress. This suggests that compliance-driven DEI efforts may not sufficiently enhance employees' day-to-day experiences, emphasizing the need for leadership conviction and genuine commitment to drive meaningful progress.     In June, we partnered with HESTA as part of their 40:40 Vision, an initiative to pursue diversity in executive leadership in ASX300 companies, for an online webinar "Set and Get: Growing and Nurturing Your Female Leaders." Our General Manager & Solutions Director, Sommer Nisbet (CPHR) Nisbet, joined the webinar to discuss overcoming barriers and share strategies for building female talent through the power of inclusion.
