Last Friday, we celebrated the end of a fantastic financial year at Swyftx with our EOFY party. Embracing our tradition of a costume party, this year was themed "Iconic Moments in Music." It was an incredible night to reflect on the past 12 months of hard work and to honour those who have truly gone above and beyond. During the night, we took the opportunity to announce both our End of Quarter and Annual Employee of the Year Awards, with Our Financial Crime Manager Gabby L. taking out our Employee Of The Year Award! 🏆 Respected and valued by the entire business, Gabby exemplifies the leadership qualities we value at Swyftx. She works tirelessly to ensure our customers' safety and is a thought leader not only at Swyftx, but also in the fraud prevention space. Her leadership style fosters trust, empowers others, and drives significant results, evident in both her personal growth and the development of her team. As NAIDOC Week comes to a close, we reflect on the incredible experiences and learning opportunities we’ve shared across the week. We enjoyed a delightful morning tea from Figjam & Co, where our team savoured traditional Australian flavours like kangaroo sausage rolls with pigface mustard pickle and pastries with bush plum and lemon myrtle. A special colouring-in activity allowed the children of our team members to get creative and join in the celebration, adding their own artistic touch to NAIDOC Week. And our week was highlighted by the unveiling of a beautiful new piece of art at Swyftx Headquarters, created by the talented Indigenous artist Chern'ee Sutton. This artwork embodies Swyftx’s vision and values, showcasing the natural beauty of Brisbane and its surrounding landscapes. After months of preparation, we are excited to unveil our latest brand campaign, following three stories illustrating 'The joy of financial freedom'. Rolled out across Foxtel, Billboards, Radio and more, you can experience the 'Joy' wherever you are. This theme has been a part of our mission statement since the inception of Swyftx and is one we use as our shining light when it comes to the products we design. With our customers in mind, we aim to make every Aussie's crypto trading experience as seamless as possible, focusing on making it 'less cryptic, and more crypto'. 📲 A huge thank you to Daniel Guerrero who was the mastermind in bringing this project to life. Working alongside Andrés Lopez Mejia during ideation, right through to directing, producing and editing to create the final product. We’re excited to announce the appointment of Jason Titman as our new Chief Executive Officer!        He will be taking over the reigns from our co-founder, Alex Harper, who will be continuing on with Swyftx as a member of our Board of Directors.      Over the last year, Jason has been integral to the Swyftx team in the role of Chief Operating Officer. His passion for our platform, broad experience growing other fintech companies and reputation with government and regulators, makes him the ideal candidate to champion the strategic direction of Swyftx.      Jason has noted that “Since its inception, Swyftx has emerged as one of Australia's fastest growing fintech companies.
