Toyota Motor Corporation delivering a stunning VIP hospitality facility at the circuits of Dreux 🇫🇷 As a partner of Paris 2024 - Comité d'organisation des Jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques de 2024, the Japanese giant took advantage of this opportunity to organise an open-air show at the Circuits de l'Ouest Paris, illustrating its commitment to a more sustainable planet ♻️ The SPACECUBE build system was used to build their reusable modular structure with multiple uses: F&B, Hospitality and VIP area. This exclusive event brought together 8,000 people, including dealers, journalists, influencers, officials. A recent example showing how the SPACECUBE build system has become a future proof asset for Mirvac's recent property development projects. With our modular system being flat-packable, reconfigurable, relocatable and reusable, Mirvac has been able to repurpose a semi-permanent display suite that was on site in Clyde North for several years and relocate it to a new site in Altona, in a completely different configuration and refreshed fit out. Simplifying the build process due to the SPACECUBE build system being pre-engineered and quick to install, reduces the time and disruption on site, enabling our clients to seize opportunities without the constraints of traditional building. The Playground de la Villette: the ultimate sports experience of the Games! This incredible activation held live concerts, DJ sets, artistic performances, immersive installations, sports fields, motor skills courses, areas dedicated to board sports, and digital sports simulators. The Playground kept its promise to offer Parisians a free sporting experience for the duration of the games. With a surface area of 180m², the SPACECUBE build system was used to create two large spaces: the showroom with a DJ platform and a motion studio; as well as a hospitality area to welcome VIPs. SPACECUBE's pre-engineered system and modular nature allowed the client to quickly install the structure overnight, due to limited access to the site. SPACECUBE's NZ Partner, Event Base Ltd, continues to grow its suite of SPACECUBE modular builds at Auckland Airport, recently completing a high-spec Valet Kiosk within the newly constructed International Transport Hub. This 45sqm project, designed and built directly with the airport, was crafted to reflect the new branding aesthetic both externally and throughout the fit out. Drawing on past experiences, the design incorporated advanced functionality while showcasing custom cabinetry and features brought to life by ThreeSixty Ltd. Key elements included HiMacs counters and feature-routed timber back walls. Externally, bold branding and customised cladding were specified and expertly managed to align with the airport’s new visual identity. The installation was efficiently completed within days, making full use of both day and overnight airport operations to ensure minimal disruption with the help of SPACECUBE's pre-engineered and quick to install modular system. In addition, Event Base provided a temporary valet service to bridge the gap between the public opening and the handover of the new Valet Kiosk. This involved upgrading an existing Auckland International Airport (AIA) SPACECUBE unit, which was transported through the Carpark Transport Hub and removed within hours, ensuring continuous operation.
