Our first Skipper story on the new legislation in NSW continues, with an interview with Surfers For Climate's CEO, Josh Kirkman. In March 2024, the NSW Parliament passed legislation that bans new offshore oil and gas exploration in NSW waters, for good. This pivotal moment in Australia's ongoing battle against climate change was made possible by the relentless advocacy of a dedicated group of surfers.
